According to the Presidium No.23 of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia in 2013 approved the “Amendment of the General Plan for the Development of Ulaanbaatar city until 2020”, “Development orientation document until 2030”, “Ulaanbaatar Development Corporation” JSC is founded by the City Council’s Presidium NO.26/09 of April 30th 2015. The projects and programs reflected in the medium and long-term development policy documents of Capital City, such as, “Mongolia’s long-term development vision 2050”, “Guidelines for the development of the Capital City in 2021-2025”, “Mayor of Ulaanbaatar and Governor of the Capital City’s Action Plan for 2020-2024 and its implementation plan”, “Annual plan of the Capital City for 2022” to promote environmentally friendly green development, based on the best management of private sector and the trust of foreign investors, and to develop public-private partnership.

IMPLEMENT PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS IN EFFICIENT WAY OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP;

ISSUE SECURITIES IN FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC MARKETS, RECEIVE PROJECT LOANS, TO MAKE CONTRACT WITH INVESTORS, TRANSFER ASSETS FROM BUDGET AND OTHER FINANCIAL SOURCES;

IMPLEMENT PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS BY PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP , FINANCING DECISION, ORGANIZE PROJECT PREPERATION, RESEARCH AND SELECTION, ESTABLISH PROJECT DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING CONSULTANT SERVICE COST.

RESEARCH SOCIALLY SIGNIFICANT PROJECT PROPOSAL INITIATED BY PRIVATE SECTORS TO INCLUDE IN ULAANBAATAR CITY DEVELOPMENT POLICY OF LONG TERM AND MEDIUM TERM PLANNING DOCUMENTS AND COOPERATE.

IMPROVE THE ACTIVITIES OF SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATE COMPANIES ESTABLISHED UNDER THE PROJECTS IMPLEMENTED BY OUR COMPANY, RECONSTRUCT IN APPROPRIATE FORM, LET OUR EMPLOYEES HAVE SHARES, DEVELOP THE FUNDAMENTALS OF THE PARTIAL AND COMPLETE PRIVATIZATION PROGRAM AND PUT IT TO THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING FOR DECISION.
